About the position<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This position shall ensure guestrooms and public areas are clean, sanitary and well-maintained according to the hotel standards<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. Thoroughly clean guestrooms and bathrooms, including dusting, vaccuming, mopping and sanitizing surfaces.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Strip dirty lines, replace with fresh lines and make beds according to brand standards<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Restock amenities such as soap, shampoo, towels, toilet paper and minibar items.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Maintain cleanliness in hallways, lobbies, elevators and other shared hotel spaces<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Report maintenance issues, damaged items or broken equipment to management<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Respond to guests request for additional supplies or cleaning services courteously<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Maintain a secure room environment, handle lost- and found customer property according to policy and use cleaning chemicals safely<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Follows safety and sanitation policies<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. Assist other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to guests.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. Performs additional duties as assigned<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Job requirements<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    1. Ability to lift, push, pull and carry heavy loads such as mattresses, cleaning carts and linen; and walk\/stand for long periods<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Ensures high-quality cleaning standards are met consistently<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Ability to clean a required number of rooms as per set target with schedule hours<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Strong communication skills and a friendly service-oriented attitude.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Qualifications<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Qualified candidates should have;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Previous experience in hospitality\/cleaning roles is preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety protocols<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
